How can we communicate with the school?

Through the internal communications platform ‘Phidias’. There you will find the directory of all school staff (academic and administrative).

Who can I speak to in order to change my child's route?

Write directly to TEM Colombia, before 12:00 pm to confirm if there is space on the route you are requesting.

Note: if your child is not on a TEM route and wishes to use the service, you must contact them and inform the school as well.

Who should I inform if my child is absent from school for one or more days?

If the absence is between one and three days, write (via Phidias) to the homeroom guide and the institutional support secretary. If the absence is due to illness, include the school nurse in the message.

If the absence is for more than 3 days, you should contact the cycle coordinator explaining the reasons for the absence.

Is the PE uniform mandatory?

Yes, it is mandatory for physical education classes, pedagogical and cultural outings and for UCB activities.

What should I do if someone else picks up my child or if they need to leave early?

Write to the Institutional Support Office (via Phidias) to inform them of the change. When the authorized person or parent arrives at the school to pick up the student, they should go to the administrative area to obtain the release authorization form.
